Description
Design Details
Ergonomically Designed
- Anti slip foam handle: Thickened material provides comfortable grip, and it is difficult to get rid of during high-intensity training.
- Smooth motion trajectory: The spring resistance has no jerking sensation, reducing joint impact.
Applicable scenarios
- Home fitness: No need for large equipment, saving space.
- Outdoor/Travel: Portable design for anytime, anywhere training.
- Office relaxation: Relieve shoulder and neck stiffness caused by prolonged sitting and activate muscles in a short period of time.
Crowd coverage
- Beginner: Low resistance gear+training guide, easy to get started.
- Fitness enthusiasts: High intensity gear enhances explosive power and muscle endurance.
- Rehabilitation training: Gradual resistance helps restore shoulder and elbow joint range of motion (under the guidance of a doctor).
Usage Suggestions
Training plan:
- Muscle building: Choose medium to high resistance, 8-12 times per group, 4 groups, with an interval of 60 seconds.
- Shaping: Low to moderate resistance, 15-20 times per group, 3 groups, with an interval of 30 seconds.
Action example:
- Chest Enhancement: Horizontal push and compression of the chest with both arms (simulating bench press).
- Shoulder carving: Vertical lifting and twisting (instead of dumbbell pressing).
- Core activation: lunge twist+static hold (combined with dynamic and isometric contractions).
Suitable for different users
- Time sensitive individuals: 10 minutes of efficient training replaces the 1-hour gym routine.
- For those with limited space: One machine can achieve multiple device functions, bidding farewell to crowded home environments.
- Fear of complex equipment: intuitive operation+graphic and textual guide, zero learning cost.

Excellent.
Precisely what I was looking for. Excellent durability & build quality. Good tension for a beginner also.

Spong grips not very good
Good piece of equipment. I use it every day and it is certainly toning my muscles. However, the foam grip on one end has “flattened” and has lost its sponginess.

Very convenient
It is working so well for me, I love this product

Very good for toning
Great stuff. Just the right strength the heavy one.

Instructions are lacking
Seems decent so far. Good resistance and takes up little space. Well made and easy to assemble. A clearer set of usage instructions would be ideal though as the four small pictures aren’t very clear.

Fantastic and multipurpose
Fantastic product don’t bend in the slightest! I actually use these for propping my car when it needs work. You can move rocks with it jump up and down and it still doesn’t move.👍🏻

Far too stiff and difficult to use
I believe this particular brand of twister arm trainer is far too stiff and difficult to use—definitely not suitable for beginners. I found it nearly impossible to engage my chest muscles effectively, especially when trying to squeeze the trainer.Unlike other brands that offer multiple resistance levels, this one does not provide any such options, which is quite limiting. I’m surprised more users haven’t mentioned how overly rigid this product is.As someone who regularly does home workouts and owns a variety of weights and resistance bands, I feel this purchase was a misstep—it’s simply not right for me. On a positive note, the product is easy to assemble, and I’ve set it to the lowest resistance, yet still find it too challenging. The user manual is minimal, consisting of just a single page with very little guidance on how to use the trainer effectively.

A Springy Little Beast That’ll Make Your Arms Regret Everything (In a Good Way)
As someone who’s always been slightly suspicious of home gym equipment that claims to “replace a full workout in 10 minutes,” I wasn’t expecting much from the 40–100lb Twister Arm Trainer. But I stand corrected—possibly because my arms no longer do.This contraption is essentially what you’d get if a chest expander and a nutcracker had a baby at a gym. Assembly took less time than making a cup of tea (which is good, as the instructions are as helpful as a chocolate kettlebell), and once it’s put together, it feels robust—like it could survive being lobbed across the room in frustration (though I haven’t tested that… yet). You get three resistance levels, ranging from “Oh, this is manageable” to “My arms are suing for emotional damages.” The resistance is smooth and spring-loaded, meaning there’s no violent jolt when you push or pull. That’s a relief if, like me, you’ve ever had a resistance band attempt to decapitate you mid-bicep curl. What I like most is how compact and unfussy it is. You don’t need a dedicated corner of your living room or a complicated app to use it—just pick it up, twist, pull, press, and boom: instant pump. I can genuinely feel it working my chest, shoulders, arms, and even my forearms (which are usually left out of most home gear like unpopular kids in P.E. class). Ten minutes in and I’m aching—but in that smug, “I’ve definitely earned this biscuit” kind of way.Build-wise, the carbon steel frame feels reassuringly tough. The foam grips are comfortable enough (at lower intensity), though I’m slightly sceptical about their long-term durability—particularly if your palms get a bit sweaty. That said, it wipes clean easily, which is always welcome when your workouts start to resemble a wrestling match with yourself. My only gripe (besides the fact it’s making my triceps feel like they’ve been mugged) is the limited versatility. It’s great for upper body focus, but don’t expect a full-body workout. Also, the resistance settings aren’t dramatically different from each other, so if you’re already pretty strong, you may outgrow it sooner than expected. At ÂŁ30, it’s reasonably priced. You’d spend more on a single PT session, and this doesn’t yell at you or film your bad form for Instagram.Pros: – Quick assembly, no tools or swearing required – Good resistance range (40–100lb) for different fitness levels – Compact, lightweight and portable—ideal for home or travel – Smooth spring action protects joints – Works a surprising number of upper-body muscle groupsCons: – Foam grips may wear out over time – Limited instruction manual (very much “figure it out yourself”) – Not ideal for full-body workouts – Resistance levels could have more noticeable rangeTips: – Store horizontally to avoid spring wear – Use slow, controlled movements for best results – Combine with bodyweight exercises for a more complete session – Try it as a warm-up tool before lifting weights to activate your upper bodyRating:It’s not revolutionary, but it is an efficient, low-hassle way to add intensity to your upper-body routine without cluttering your living space. A great grab-and-go option for anyone wanting to avoid the gym but not the gains.Like my review if you found it helpful, mildly amusing, or at least better than the instruction leaflet!
